On June 28th -29th the first specialized high-tech IP security exhibition took place in Princess Hotel in Sofia. The „IP-in-Action LIVE Eastern Europe” event presented various IP based security solutions including CCTv, access control, alarm monitoring, biometric and video analysis systems.

The main accents of the show were the latest high-tech systems for security and observation which use TCP/IP networks including Internet for data transmission and connection. The visitor list included various people from security installer companies and other security professionals. They had the opportunity to get in touch with the latest achievements and new system concepts in the field, presented by some of the biggest manufacturers and best known names in the security industry . Sectron Ltd took part in the event as long-term partner of JVC Professional as well as the company providing the security guarding of the show with SOT 161. Various presentations and seminars were organized by the participating companies in which the guests were able to see the newest IP solutions. A case study featuring a successful IP video surveillance project in Sofia was co-presented by Sectron Ltd and JVC Professional.

The event was organized by IP User Group – a high-tech security forum formed by more than 100 member companies, including the world’s best known leaders in the security and technology sector. The event was supported in Bulagria by Sofema and Sectron Ltd and it was attended by one of the most popular members of IP User Group and one of the most influential persons in the European security industry – Mr. Yash Patel – Executive Director of JVC Europe. Other participants and exhibitors included various security manufacturers from Germany, Israel, USA and Great Britain.
